Scope
Applies to all bookings across services (car hire, gifting, events, travel).

Cancellation by Client

• 3+ days notice before service: Full refund minus non‑refundable deposit.
  
• 24–72 hours before: 50% refund of total cost.
  
• Less than 24 hours or “no-show”: No refund.
  

Changes to Booking

• Minor date/time changes made with 48 hours’ notice – no fee, subject to availability.
  
• Major changes (service type, large guest list) may incur modifications fees or rate adjustments.
  

Cancellation by Us
We'll notify you ASAP if we cannot fulfill the booking (e.g., force majeure); a full refund issued. We may suggest alternative arrangements.

Third-Party Bookings
Cancellations affecting third-party bookings (hotels, flights, venues) incur any fees charged by those third parties.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
